Praxis Program · private preview

Govern the learning system. Coordinate the program around it.

Praxis Program governs Paths, evidence, review, and progress while coordinating the classes, staff work, and administrative follow-through around a percussion program.

Release state: Program is in private preview. Public billing, checkout, product grants, and learner rollout are not open. Authorized preview users can open Program Core.

Accepted initial pricing

One program. One annual purchase. No per-student fee.

The annual price is deliberately set to stay within reach of a director paying personally—and to fit a booster organization, activity fund, campus, or district budget for the year.

Annual primary

$390 / year

Equivalent to $32.50/month when paid annually.

Two months less than the planned $39 monthly option. The same complete workspace and program scope are included either way—whether a director pays personally or a program budget covers the year.

This is an accepted initial price, not an open public offer. Billing, checkout, grants, and learner rollout remain closed while the purchasing path and buyer evidence are completed.

Director or educator budget
Booster organization
School activity fund
Campus or district purchase

Planned scope: reasonable classes and learners for one percussion program, Program + Studio + Tech for the owner/admin, and six named scoped staff-Tech contexts with no learner-private access by default. Multi-campus or district-wide scope will be a later custom conversation.

The Program job

Keep structure, evidence, and adult follow-through accountable.

Equipment, music, rehearsals, and rubrics support the program. Governed learning and coordination define this workspace.

Program Core

Adult operational structure

See classes, staff context, Paths in progress, and the adult-safe lanes that own the work.

Classes and Paths

Launch a governed journey

Connect a class or ensemble to a versioned Path and keep its progress together without exposing internal “run” terminology.

Evidence and review

Keep software evidence separate from teacher decisions

Activities report what they observed; educators own verification, pass-offs, retention, and mastery.

Coordination

Staff and operational follow-through

Coordinate the adult work around rehearsals, programming, Library, equipment, and reviewed rubrics.

Continuity

Authorized run exports

Export an authorized Path run for review and continuity while tenant, role, and learner-data controls remain enforced.

Future packaging

Program is intended to include Studio and Tech

That inclusion belongs to the future Program purchase. Today’s private previews do not grant the future commercial package.

Separated on purpose

Program Core is not Program Learners.

The adult workspace can coordinate structure and operations without quietly turning on a learner surface. Learner identity, access, records, and family visibility require their own governed release.

Program CoreAdult members, classes, Paths, rehearsals, programming, Library, Inventory, rubrics, and operational follow-through.
Program LearnersSeparately gated. No public learner accounts, general school rollout, or fall-through into Studio.
Roles and accessAccess follows an explicit membership, role, capability, site scope, and grant—not a matching email or a hidden navigation item.

Administrative boundary

Track purchasing steps. Do not replace the finance office.

Program is intended to help coordinate purchasing requests, approvals, purchase-order references, renewal dates, and status. It is not a general ledger, accounts-payable system, payment processor, or replacement for district finance controls. That purchasing workflow is not implemented today.
